Based in fantastic countryside offices, we are focused on progression and personal development. You will be provided with a defined progression plan which will enable you to move into an account management position and beyond.

Initially, you’ll be given a week long induction and then eased into your role with progressively more activities added, you won’t be answering the phone on your first day.

What will I be doing?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a world-class service to Market Force’s customers.

You’ll spend approximately 30% of your time responding to incoming calls. The rest of your time will be spent replying to customers on a range of platforms, including web comments, app comments, emails and the occasional letter.

Our opening hours are 8:00am - 11:00pm 7 days a week. Our shifts are 8am - 4pm, 11am - 7pm and 3pm - 11pm. You’ll be required to work a mixture of shifts – but don’t worry, you’ll never have to work a late shift followed by an early.

Part time hours are available, we are somewhat flexible on the days, shift and number of hours per week you will work.

Sounds great! What do I need?

  • Previous customer service experience
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, due to our location and the role’s working hours

Previous hospitality experience would be an advantage.
