We specialize around in-theatre services, and we’re looking for a motivated, client-centric team player who will help us exceed our client’s expectations.

The Product Support Associate position is an entry level opportunity that will assist our Project Coordinators in preparing projects for release to our Operations/Scheduling department. The ideal candidate will want to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment where he or she learns proprietary software that is constantly evolving.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of specific project set up tasks (matching site information against the MFI database; importing locations into our proprietary computer system for proper assigning by our scheduling department; and posting information to our client branded website reporting platform).
  • Quality control and cross checking of work to confirm accuracy.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of an information spreadsheet, which documents completion of each step of project requests/requirements.
  • Responsible for meeting client turnaround expectations and contractual deadlines.
  • Communicates pertinent information to the appropriate Market Force departments as needed.
  • Provides support taking incoming phone calls from our field force (Independent Contractors) as required (Note - this is NOT a sales function)
  • Assists with other projects/duties as required.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Must be detail, technologically, and mathematically oriented.
  • Expert (3+ yrs) in Windows applications (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience with advanced features of Excel beneficial.
  • Should have basic understanding of conditional logic (ex. If A then B, It not A then B else C, etc…).
  • Strong work ethic (requires some weekend, evening and quick deadline work).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Ability to learn new software/systems in a deadline driven environment.
  • Must be driven towards improving efficiency.

Flexibility/Reliability/Dependability:

While the hours for this position are identified below, please recognize our clients are predominately on the West Coast. A last minute request to stay late can happen at any time. Additionally, our field work typically happens over the weekend; from time to time additional weekend shifts may be requested/required to assist in meeting client deadlines.

The schedule would be as follows:

Monday -Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm

You must have the availability to work some evenings and weekends as part of this regular schedule.

Education/Experience:

  • Associates Degree in related field – Business Administration; Communication; Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Market Research and Retail industry experience a plus.
