Market Force has four offices in North America, and have 3 offices in Europe, including a substantial presence in the U.K. Our team is made up of over 500 people. Currently, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial team, working out of our Norcross, GA office.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator provides support to the entire Market Force Information Commercial team, both New Business Sales and Client Strategy team members. This position will provide overall administrative sales and marketing support, which will include the creation of power point presentations and proposals, responding to RFPs and proofreading contracts & client documents as well as typical administrative support functions.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with members of the sales groups to write product/service proposals
  • Develop client presentations for members of the sales group
  • Develop content to include and manage overall response process to RFPs
  • Manage executive calendars as requested
  • Data enter account and/or contact details into salesforce.com
  • Pull sales performance and pipeline reports from salesforce.com as requested
  • Process expense reports as requested and assist with travel reservations
  • Coordinate hospitality resources for client meetings including ordering meals/snacks, preparing meeting space for visit and other associated duties
  • Support and coordinate event planning for external client and company participation in industry conferences.
  • Distribute and send out mail for the sales team on a daily basis
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

To perform this role successfully, an individual must be very responsive, highly detailed and organized, possess excellent written communication skills, be efficient with time, manage multiple projects in parallel and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ideal candidate will possess a HS Diploma or GED and 3-5 years’ experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role. Although not required, a Bachelor’s degree and prior experience working on or with a sales team is preferred.
