We are looking for an enthusiastic Completion Co-ordinator to join our operations department in our Milton Keynes office.

Working in a team environment, you will be responsible for working with our panel of mystery shoppers and auditors, both over the telephone and via email. Working Tuesday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:30 pm (Saturday 9.00am - 5.00 pm with 30 minute lunch), you'll focus on building rapport with mystery shoppers and auditors, ensuring our Customer Experience assignments are completed on time and to the right standard.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Placing Customer Experience assignment with mystery shoppers and auditors over the telephone and via email;
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service;
  • Adherence to internal processes and procedures;
  • Identification of improvements to exceed individual and group targets and client expectations.

  • Have excellent attention to detail.
