We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team of client services professionals to further accelerate our client’s success. The ideal candidate will reside in the greater Atlanta area and operate primarily of our office in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Summary: Holds primary responsibility for the day-to-day functions of delivering customer experience measurement services including project set-up and management, timely client deliverables and client satisfaction for the project(s) they are assigned to support. This is accomplished through the Client Services Coordinator’s own efforts or in conjunction with the respective Client Services Specialist (CSS), Manager, Client Strategy and/or Director of Client Strategy (DCS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • - Responsible for supporting Client Services Specialist (CSS) to ensure each project is set-up, activated, executed and delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and within Market Force Information’s established processes and quality guidelines.
  • - Accurate and timely work request submittal.
  • - Actively moving shops to the correct status on a daily basis.
  • - Loading client site files and making individual site updates as needed.
  • - Weekly review of geocode report and making geocode updates as necessary.
  • - Providing Client Services Specialist (CSS) with up-to-date production stats, client performance report data, management report data, and checking client websites on a weekly basis.
  • - Verifying DTRs are running without error and work with CSSs to determine steps to correct error(s).
  • - Submitting required OnTime tickets (OTTs) and verifying work completed.
  • - Providing client billable counts to the Invoicing team.
  • - Assisting Client Services Specialist (CSS) in preparation for client visits.
  • - Uploading digital photos, as needed.
  • - Assisting with other projects/duties as required.

Education/Experience:

  • - Associate’s Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • - Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • - Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
  • - Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
  • - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • - Ability to interpret instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
